Even though I am close to fishing the course I really enjoy the style of teaching it is very easy and fun not like some other classes in which they are boring and not that great. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be a writer.

She gives great and practical advice on writing scripts and coaches the group through the positive experiences and warns of possible mis-steps. Take the course. Well worth it!

I loved the content of the course. The concepts were explained in a clear way with great examples. The workbook was perfect as well. My only, slight, complaint was that I wish the videos were, roughly, the same length. It was a bit annoying to watch 1-3-minute videos and have to be constantly clicking to get to the next one. I think 5-8=minute videos are the perfect length.

I've taken several online screenwriting classes, and this one is the most helpful, affordable one I've taken. Taking the class helped me understand a key reason why I struggled with previous script efforts (I entered the danger zone too soon in the stories). I also like that Word Dancer/Pamela doesn't push rules, instead presenting the reasons why some approaches tend to work better than others and the challenges with certain choices. I also like that she focuses on how to grow your story idea into a full story and how to present story context in an entertaining and efficient way. With Plot Ninja and her storytelling Black Belt class, you learn the fundamentals of story design and screenwriting at a fraction of what most instructors are charging.

Very helpful for breaking down an idea and "candy stepping" your way around hurdles and roadblocks in a story. A great tool for anyone.

Fun and engaging course. Word Dancer breaks down the art of storytelling in a way that will get you writing ASAP. She shows you a plug and play type of system/structure that helps decode the mysteries of writing a script. I will be going through the entire course a few more times. Highly Recommended!

I got clarified on a lot of doubts in relation to screenwriting. Her techniques are brand new, practical and I have never come across them in any screenwriting books/courses. I would strongly recommend into every writer. You will come out with a new perspective.

… until it's hard-wired in me as a screen writer. Most of all I think -- because Miss Pamela is sweet in the delivery and highly articulate -- the instruction here will force me to never be satisfied with 'okay'. Her 'off the cuff' (they're actually well thought out) suggestions for putting meat on the bones of 'okay' scenes are just terrific. Hard to imagine a new screen writer getting better guidance.

I love the way the course is based on short videos-- it doesn't feel overwhelming. I like that you can stop and start the course at any time. I enjoy the instructor's YouTube channel, as well.

A really intelligent course, showing clear, concise ways to develop your story from whoa to go. Goes through all you need to launch into writing, with easy to follow concepts, explanations, tools and examples. Very helpful, great value and highly recommended!
